Tomorrow is not promised to anyone. Make the best of today.

Attend to your voice by drinking enough water to keep it lubricated. 
Remember to swallow before speaking. 
Never throat clear. Instead hard swallow by forcing yourself to swallow. 
Your voice is your gateway to health. Use it responsibly!
